This is the debut stream for the channel!

I’ll provide a quick overview of who I am, who we are, and what our ultimate aim and purpose is for the Sons of Dvalin group. Some of the content that’s currently available on our new website will be presented, and we can gather some feedback on what people would want to see produced on it as we move forward into the future.

Some of the site content is will a WiP, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as more of it is built out in the weeks ahead!

Two additions that will be coming to the website and the group if our channel and content is received favorably will be:

  1. Depth-level mathematical and statistical breakdown of which weapon/artifact combos are truly the best for a given character. There’s so much subjective debate on this throughout the player community that if you were to do an Internet search for what the “best in slot” weapon is for a given character along with artifact sets, you’ll get a tremendous variance on your results when mathematically there is no variance. This would be a lot of work, but would also provide a considerable amount of value to the community – and we’d like to invest some time and effort into it if people appreciate who we are and what we do.
  2. Addition of real-life recreations of recipes, food, and drink for a number of the dishes from the game. One of the things that’s come as a pleasant surprise with Genshin Impact is how delicious much of the game’s food is for those willing to go to the trouble of making it. Spoiler – the Berry & Mint Burst is marvelously refreshing, the addition of pinecone in the Mondstadt Hash Browns is a very unique flavor twist, and the Adeptus Temptation may quite possibly be one of my favorite foods of all time.

Patch 1.4 is upon us, and a very welcome batch of new features and content is available that we’ll start to go through on the stream. Sprinkled throughout, we’ll likely take some detours and pit stops to enjoy some interactions and conversation with viewers, and get a feel for the new “Hangouts” series of questlines that many have associated with classic “dating sim” games.
